Homemade Caramel Corn with Peanuts

Tonight, while I was studying I got a major craving for something sweet! I had too much to do to leave the house and get something so I started searching the internet and searching my kitchen. Here is what I came up with: caramel corn with peanuts! Kind of like Crunch 'n Munch but better since it is homemade! Here is what you will need:
*Start off by popping a regular size bag of popcorn
*Pre-heat your oven to 350

*Mix together 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and a dash of vanilla in a big mixing bowl. (Sorry, Mr. Vanilla did not make it into the pic above!)

*Next, dump in your bag of popped pop corn
*Add about 3/4 cup - 1 cup peanuts
*Mix thoroughly until all the popcorn and peanuts are coated with the sugary, buttery goodness.

*Spray a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with some non-stick spray and spread your pop corn mixture out evenly on it.

*Put in the over for 10-15 minutes

*When it comes out, mix it up on the pan and let it cool.

*Enjoy!

*It is SO good! I can't wait to make it for the kiddos!
